i had a wonderful stay at hampton inn! the queen room was spacious and clean, and it was super close to bok tower and gardens, which was a highlight for our family. breakfast each morning was delicious and well-stocked, especially enjoyed the variety.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Lake Wales. The location is fantastic with easy access to various restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth. My room was clean and had a functional setup. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the hot water came instantly in the shower. However, there were some issues that needed attention. The TV in my room was quite small, and some remote functions didn’t work. Also, the bathroom could use a bit of updating. the towel bar felt loose and the toilet had a loud flush. I expected a little bit better maintenance considering the night rates. Overall, though, my stay was still comfortable and I’d consider returning.

While the overall cleanliness was impressive and the staff extremely friendly, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which disrupted our rest. Additionally, our proximity to the elevator meant we heard a noisy group late at night.

Had a good stay! The staff was super friendly and check-in was a breeze, took like 5 mins. Loved the breakfast bar, lots of options. There were free cookies in the lobby! Only issue was parking lot lighting could be better at night. Overall, a decent spot for a quick trip.

Unfortunately, I faced repeated issues with my key card, which led to frustrating moments of being locked out. A bit more attention to this would enhance the experience.

The King Room was super comfortable, and I loved the large mirror and the coffee maker in the room. The outdoor pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was a musty odor in the room, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊
